HOW TO ORDER PRODUCTS
Feel free to place your order the way you feel most comfortable. Although our online system is very easy and highly secure, many customers still prefer to call or fax us direct. Whichever method you prefer to use, we want you to get the most satisfaction out of your experience with us. Your order will be entered and confirmed within 24 hours of its receipt.
Telephone Orders:
Call Toll Free: 1-800-653-0251 to speak directly with one of our friendly customer sales representatives. Be prepared to provide the Product Number(s), Customer and Shipping Details and Payment Information using a Credit Card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Fax Orders:
Fax us at: 1-613-634-3942. Fax order forms are provided in the center leaflet of our product catalogue. You can also download and print out a PDF version here. If you do not have a form available, don’t worry, just jot down your request on a plain sheet of paper and fax it through. Be sure to include your name, address, daytime telephone number and stock numbers for the products you would like to order.
Online Ordering:
Our online store is provided by one of the largest ecommerce companies in the world today. Browse the store via the product menu on the left-hand side of the page and add products to your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, just click on the “Check-out” button to finalize and submit your order. For added security and to prevent credit card fraud, we only process your credit card orders directly with the bank - not over the internet. So, while you enjoy the convenience of selecting your products online, you can rest assured that your credit card information is not being transmitted along with each and every order that you place.

We accept payments via credit card or money order only.

Back Orders
If the model you have ordered is out of stock or not released yet, we will keep the order on file and ship it as soon as it becomes available. If you are using your credit card, backorders and reservations will not be charged to your card until the day before your order is shipped. Should you wish to inquire about an order already placed, please call 1-800-653-0251 during regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST.
Taxes
There are no taxes on shipments to the U.S.
Overseas Orders
