Imagine the roar of the crowd when the revolutionary
1964 1/2 Ford Mustang Indy 500 Pace Car rolled onto
the track. It led the pack in 1964 at the 48th
running of Indy.
The pace car is painted in the
original Wimbledon white color with a white interior
and marlin blue dash.
Features include rally pack,
gauges on the steering column, 289 engine and logos.
Hand-assembled from over 150 separate parts, it's
daringly close to the real thing, right down to the
chrome-plated valve covers, oil breather cap, fully
instrumented dash, three-spoke steering wheel, and
sporty bucket seats.
