RETURNING A PRODUCT
Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your purchase if you would like to return it. Before returning an item, you must call us at 1-800-653-0251 between 9:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Fridayor Saturdays 9am to 5pm, EST for a Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Please include a note indicating the reason for the return and let us know if you want the item replaced, exchanged or credited. Please allow 4 weeks for your return to be processed. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please take care not to mark or write on the model packaging and ensure the item is properly packaged for safe return including bands around the doors and hood. Returned items must be in their original packaging.
