NEW FASTER SHIPPING VIA UPS
To the continental United States, your models will now be shipped by UPS. (excluding P.O. Boxes and APO addresses)
Shipping charges are $6.95 for the first item, $3.00 for each additional item on the same order(ie. 3 items will cost $12.95). Some larger items have additional shipping charges. Those charges are listed with the item in the catalog.
If possible, we prefer to ship to a company or office address(it is usually faster). Please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery, depending on your location. If you require faster shipping, please call 1-800-653-0251 for details.
If any item is back ordered, discounted shipping still applies, even though your models may be shipped separately.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Post Office boxes and APO addresses will be shipped by US mail as follows:
1 item - $16.95, 2 items - $23.95, and 3 items - $28.95. $5.00 for each additional item(ie. 4 items will cost $33.95). International shipments will be shipped at actual cost. Please specify Air Mail or Surface Mail. (phone or email us for rates)
Back Orders
If the model you have ordered is out of stock or not released yet, we will keep the order on file and ship it as soon as it becomes available. If you are using your credit card, backorders and reservations will not be charged to your card until the day before your order is shipped. Should you wish to inquire about an order already placed, please call 1-800-653-0251 during regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 5:30pm or Saturdays 9am to 5pm EST.
Taxes
There are no taxes on shipments to the U.S.
